How to Order a Pool Cover

1. Contact our office either by: a. Email – Info@popularcanvas.co.za b. Telephone – 021 531 6842 c. WhatsApp – 082 337 9661

2.1 If you know the approximate size of your pool (Length x Width) you can provide us with the information as well as a photo of the pool. We can then provide you with a provisional quote subject to a site visit and our informational package with terms and conditions. If the Provisional quote is accepted, then we can proceed to the next step

2.2 If you do not know your pool dimensions, then we can arrange for a rep to visit your site and take measurements. This will also allow our rep to discuss the job in more detail with the owner and provide samples.

3. Once the final quote has been supplied and accepted by the client, and a 50% deposit has been paid and reflected in Popular Canvas’ account, Popular Canvas will then begin manufacturing of the cover. Manufacturing lead times will vary depending on workload. Please check the lead times with our office when placing the order. (Please note that acceptance of the quote and payment of deposit is an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions).

4. Once the cover has been manufactured, our office will set up an installation date with the client. Installation generally takes roughly 1 hour.

5. When the cover has been installed and inspected by the owner, our office will provide the final invoice with balance of payment due.
